College life isn't easy and no one can be fully prepared for college. But when tackled with the right tools, this brief season of learning and growing can set any student up for lifelong success. Sometimes preparing for college is like trying to do a DIY project. When constructing the foundation of a building, one needs to choose the right materials and put up with unexpected mistakes. In an attempt to figure out the secrets of surviving higher education, we will drill through tough topics that may intimidate us. Under College Construction will give advice, expose myths, and help students, whether a high schooler or fellow college kid, prepare for the journey ahead. From the point of view of two college students, Kaley Dilse and Johanna Mendez, will provide a series of eight episodes that will be posted every Monday, beginning on February 28.
